Via slow-breaking news in the world of “natural” wine, word comes down that benign RAW Wine fair autocrat, Isabelle Legeron has said that, “we really need to focus more heavily on delivering wines that are drinkable, well crafted, and balanced”.

Does this shocking revelation mean that countless people have long-been duped when they were buying that one-way ticket on the Vinegar Express to Shitsville? Yup, as the faults in wine haven’t changed, just the stupidity of thinking there was ever a point that they weren’t “horrible” and pretending to enjoy them was “necessary” to “fit in” as yes, you are in fact “drinking poison”.

In the world of unnatural wines, was what they made in the Languedoc for decades simply “oceans of toilet water”? At one time, very much yes, but now, very much not... or at least not as much… sorta? It must be said that when they get it right, they most definitely get it right though.
